Shipping policy

UK shipping

We can send your order to any address where it can be signed for. As soon as it is signed for, by you or someone else. We generally ship with Royal mail/Parcel Force.

As a guide, we aim to have your order packed as quickly as we can - usually within 3-4 working days, this may be longer during busy periods. Please contact us directly by email if you need your parcel sooner at office@mistyandclaridge.com

Bank holidays: please note that we do not ship during bank holidays. Any orders placed during a bank holiday will be processed the next working day.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may change at any time due to global or regional circumstances beyond our control.

Overseas deliveries may be subject to delays caused by customs procedures in the destination country.

Customers are responsible for any additional taxes, customs fees, duties, or tariffs applied by local authorities. We recommend checking your local regulations for further information.

Please note that international parcels can occasionally be held by customs. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control and may result in delivery times being longer than expected.
